Meade Series 4000 eyepieces yield the widest possible fields of view, consistent with pinpoint edge-of-field sharpness and long eye relief-and yet with extremely low astigmatism, spherical aberration, and off-axis colour. Incorporating 7-layer multi-coatings and edge-blackened optics for optimum image contrast, these sophisticated 4 to 8-element designs permit levels of optical performance generally impossible to achieve with eyepieces of fewer e

The ATS 80 observation telescope sets the highest standards among telescopes in this category. Even with the easy-to-handle fully rubberized armouring, it is by far the lightest of the larger observation telescopes. Thanks to a recalculated optical system, it offers a precise observation of detail, optimum edge-to-edge images and almost 100 percent colour fidelity with an extremely wide field of view, thereby achieving a revolutionary image quali

The STS 80 (HD) observation telescopes sets a high standard. With its easy-to-handle fully rubberised armouring, the STS 80 (HD) is one of the lightest of the larger observation telescopes. Thanks to a recalculated optical system, it offers a precise observation of detail, optimum edge-to-edge images and almost 100 per cent colour fidelity with an extremely wide field of view, thereby achieving revolutionary image quality.SpecificationObj

The Meade #497 Autostar Computer Controller turns the ETX-90EC, ETX-105EC, or ETX-125EC into an automatic celestial object locating system. Just plug the Autostar into the telescope’s HBX port in place of the standard-equipment Electronic Controller, do a quick (less than one minute!) telescope alignment, and you’re ready to observe any object in the Autostar’s 30,000-object database.
